Vintage 1940′s Trophy Official League Baseball Novelty Radio (RARE FIND)

Offering a Vintage 1940′s Trophy OFFICIAL LEAGUE Baseball Novelty RADIO as shown in our photos. The electric cord is frayed with bare wires and will need to be replaced by an electrician before powering up and playing. The wire grids for the speakers are intact but the word Trophy on the top was lost at some time in the past but the words still show thru the baseball cover. The plastic base for the baseball is in very nice condition with no cracks or repairs. All in all, this is one of the nicer examples we’ve seen lately on E-bay and after changing the power cord should make a sensational radio to display in your collection. Vintage 1926 Atwater Kent Radio Model 30 Hard To Find Early Model

Vintage Atwater Kent Model 30 Tube Radio that is in good condition for its age. This model is an early and hard to find version, as the tubes are seated on flat plates and turned to lock in, instead of being inserted into pin holes. The finish is all original and in good shape with some scratches and wear. The front metal plate is showing some disclororation, but not enough to detract from the appearance. Unfortunately the tubes are not present, but can easily be obtained. The wires for the battery and speaker are present. Perfect candidate for restoration. Up for sale is a great old radio. This has not been tested as I don’t know enough about it and want no damage done. I have not cleaned this in any way… Not even wiped it off. Made by Telefunken , Germany type: 543 WL also knows as ” U-Bahn “. Subway / underground , cause of the U- front grill. The unit is tested and i found a station with a 30 meter long. Outside in the night. Please note that these radios from 1935 are not playing like a modern personal computer , its hard to find strong stations in germany today, as MW was shut down last year. And are all tested on Lafayette NY tubetester with good results. Size of the nice wood cabinet is. 475 x 360 x 320 mm / 18.7 x 14.2 x 12.6 inch. 110 – 240 Volt. Beautiful And Hard To Find Philco Vintage Antique Wooden Tube Radio Must See

Here is a beautiful and hard to find Philco wooden tube radio model PT-44. It measures 11 3/4 X 7 X 7 inches with the knobs. The cabinet is solid with its beautiful original finish. The finish shows minimal wear. It has a nice design with its great curves, burled wood grain and vertical grill trim. There is a slight separation in the grill as shown in one of the pics. It is hard to see but it is there. The dial is in good shape but does have a scratch on it. The dial cover is a perfect reproduction. The knobs are in great shape. The original ornate wooden back is in nice shape. The power cord has been replaced. The chassis was repaired by the previous owner and plays great picking up stations across the dial with good volume. The dial lights up nice. Offered with no reserve is. Rare Motorola 50XC Radio “Circle-Grill” – Marbleized Brown & Tortoise Catalin – NO RESERVE. Rare Catalin Motorola Model 50XC-1 “Circle-Grill” radio in an incredible highly marbleized root beer brown with translucent tortoise catalin trim. Color is beautiful and bright, the marbleization on this one is probably the best I have seen! This is a magnificent, exquisitely crafted Art Deco radio manufactured in 1940 by Motorola Radio also known to collectors as the “Circle Grill”. This Motorola design is considered one of the most appealing sets of its time beautifully designed in the Art Deco Style. The details are unique with its circular catalin speaker bezel, stepped handle, and hexagonal knobs, all factory original with no damage. The cabinet features streamlined ridges that stretch around the case bringing all the elements togetherin a nice cohesive manner. The gold paper foil dial face is also decorated with deco numerals and sunburst designs that emanate from a red plastic dial pointer with the letter “M” cast in to it. The catalin has great shine that makes its rich color glow and shows off exceptionally striking, deep and colorful, yellow and clear marbleizing. This is your chance to get a RARE Motorola 50XC Circle Grill that displays beautifully and plays as well as it looks. The chassis has been completely restored electronically and a auxiliary jack has been added so you can play music from any one of your devices through the radio. Estate find condition just as found- Chassis is loose from the case, cloth is missing from the face, knobs are also missing. The case is in good condition with a couple normal scuffs and scrapes from use and age. If you have any questions about these items, please feel free to ask.
