THE A+ & B+ BATTERY WIRES HAVE BEEN LABELED AND THERE IS A TWO PACK OF “D” BATTERIES FOR THE THIRD SOURCE. HOWEVER, WE NEVER DID GET A CHANCE TO HEAR IT PLAY…. This was one of the farm set radios – meant to be powered by a battery – but it can easily be converted. The ON/OFF and tuning dials both seem to be operating as they should be. The dark walnut Bakelite cabinet looks really nice! I did not see any cracks, chips, etc. This radio would be a great candidate for a full restoration. For sale is a VERY rare 2-sided flange sign for OLIVER PLOWS. This is an old metal sign that has a lot of rust and patina. It has some white streaking from what appears maybe like paint that splattered onto it years and years ago. It is a bit pitted in spots from all the age. What a RARE sign that also has a very cool patina. Please closely examine the photos to see exact condition of this great old original piece. This is a battery-powered “farm set” and, as such, I do not have the proper equipment to power on and test this set. The radio features that awesome Zenith black dial face. The cabinet finish is really nice! All of the knobs/dials seem to be working as they should be. Also included are the ORIGINAL OPWNERS MANUAL and tag! See the 7th picture for details. This radio had been in storage for a number of years so Im sure that it could use a good/thorough cleaning. It measures approximately 13 1/2 by 10 by 19. Thanks for looking at this gorgeous zenith 6b129 from 1937. The radio is in really nice condition. This radio too has been restored. I have not tested it due to it needing a battery so you ak or radio guys can handle that part. The dimensions are approximately 23 x 16.5 x 12.
