Vintage 1950′s Electro Voice 726 Cardyne I Dynamic Microphone-WORKING

Offering a very nice and clean and. Working ELECTRO VOICE CARDYNE 1 726 DYNAMIC MICROPHONE. Most of the body has it’s original shine and luster with few mild scratches and scuffing. This mic is one of the bigger dynamics ever produced, even larger and heavier that the Shure “Fatboy/Elvis” mic. I tested this beast at the time of the listing and it produces a full fidelity, high gain signal. This one uses a standard and very common 3 pin plug-in XLR male connector at the base. An 8 foot mic cord, XLR to 1/4 phono plug is included. On the backside is a Low Z-High Z switch, but best left in Low Z for highest quality. The front mounted on-off switch functions normally and the pivot joint holds the mic in position as it should. Threads are perfectly good. Very cool 1950′s classroom teaching aid for tube radio instruction. It shows a radio that has been layed out breadboard style and how the components work. It was made so that it can actually be turned on and tune in different radio stations. This was found in a closet of a public school that was being torn down. It was covered with a ton of dust so obviously had not been used in years, probably decades. It is in nice cosmetic condition. It will probably need some attention to get it going again. It has the Welch Scientific label on it. It is similar in design to the RCA demonstrators. It measures 31″ wide X 21″ high X 5.5 deep. This would be a neat item to get running and hang on the wall with your radio collection. I tested many calibration tubes and it seems very accurate. This came out of a large Estate Collection of Old Stock from a closed down Audio Store. An excellent addition to anyone’s collection. Vintage 20′S Magnavox TELEMEGAPHONE R2 Dynamic tube Radio Horn Speaker, with 18 bell. Please look at the pictures, I did the 9 Volt battery test and got confused as there are four binding posts. I could not get it to make any cracking noice indicating that it works. There is also one of the screws missing as you can see. The opopening of the horn bell is 18 inches wide. What you see is what you get, if it is not shown and not mentioned it is most likely not included; ask if in doubt. Package weighs 34 lbs and measures 24 by 24 by 20 inches. If you want to check whether UPS would be cheaper, click here! I have never had any problems with breakage and pack very carefully. Vintage 1929 Rare Jensen TYPE D-7 D7 Field Coil Dynamic Speaker Concert Model

This model was said to be the most sensitive yet developed, employing a special cone material and a movable coil winding which gives great lightness and freedom in an actual sound reproducing mechanism. The harshness or “barreled”. Effect of earlier types has been eliminated so that bass notes as low as 30 cycles are soft. This speaker is in amazing condition. There are some very minor scuff on the body but zero rust. The cone is near perfect, there is a tiny imperfection – scuff/hole to the right of the center (right of the dust cap). The rim of the cone needs attention, it is cracked and needs to be either replaced or repaired.
