Mid-Century Modern Rincan Hi Fi 2-Speaker Tube Radio. Estimated to be form the 1960s. Radio in blue outer casing from 1960 by Japanese company Rincan Kyowa Electric Chemical Co. Dimensions are approximately 6 in h x 25.25 in w x 6.5 in d. Appears to be in great shape with minor wear and discoloration. Please give careful attention to the photos as they are part of the description. The top has two areas that have a’scuffed appearance’ is if some acidic liquid interacted with the plastic but not overly distracting (see photos). I tried to show these area from different angles and lighting to show you exactly what to expect. The first video shows the FM reception. Sorry for the low volume. After owning this for close to a year I only noticed recently that there is a small flaw on the silver trim near the “108″ on the station dial. It is the last picture in the pictures I posted. It is not quite a dent and almost appears like maybe some melting occurred briefly? Hard to describe so please take a look at the picture. The power cord was spliced to include a further 5 feet of power-cord. You will need to use YOU tube and search for rincanfm and rincanam in order to see (and hear) the video.
