Telefunken vintage sound system 1953 ELA V300 tube radio control speaker. Here i offer a very rare complete sound system, made by Telefunken in 1953. It was made for schools , a microphone was fitted (not included) and the speach was transmitted in all classrooms. Also a FM radio was included and a control speaker. The system was removed last week from school in Düsseldorf , from the caretaker room (smells like cigarettes, as the people smoked the whole day in the 1950ies). Not tested as the system wasn´t used the last 35 years. Solt as is, for restoring projects only. The metal case isaround 75 x 72 x 44 cm and the weight is around 53 kg!! The tube amplifier is type ELA V300 and uses a pair EL12 spezial in PP mode in the output section. All tubes are original TELEFUNKEN. The complete set is untouched condition, nothing was replaced in the past! Hard to find in such a condition! Tube Radio – Control Unit. German tube radio, built 1961/62. This splendid tube radio was restored. Tubes were checked and bad ones replaced. Defective capacitors, elkos and resistors were replaced. The radio was cleaned. The cabinet was polished, technically checked, etc. Grundig 5299 stereo tube radio model from 1961/62. It works on all bands: FM (UKW), 2x Short-, Middle- and Long Wave. The 11 tubes are in a perfect working condition. Tubes: ECC85, ECH81, EF89, EF80, EM87, EBC81, ECC83, ECC83, ECC83, EL95, EL95. Voltage regulator works from 110 to 220V. It´s ready to plug in. It is possible to connect external players like mp3 and other. Please have a look at the photos, it looks really great! Principle: Superhet general, ZF/IF 460/10700 kHz.
