Collins 51J-2 Vintage Ham Radio Tube Receiver for Parts or Restoration SN 795T. This radio is in good condition for its age showing some wear. There is a stamp on the upper right corner of the faceplate, and also scuffs, scratches, marks on the interior radio’s cabinet, in addition to dirt on the chassis. Also, some screws are missing from the radio covers. The outer cabinet is very clean, however! Unfortunately the radio has an issue so we must sell it AS-IS for parts or restoration. Here’s what he had to say: Tested with loop antenna and RF generator. I was able to get strong audio but there is no RF signal output for some reason. The repair may be as simple as a bad tube but we do not have the time to diagnose further. Other than that problem, all controls work, the meter and lamps work, and the bandswitch works well too!
