Vintage Original AM Coca Cola Bakelite Tube Cooler Radio

Model 5A410A Chassis 4501A. No cracks or chips in the body. Paint is original and shows fading, paint loss and scuffs/so scratches in areas. Coca-Cola Script is raised lettering. Original cord and knobs. When plugged in and warmed up unit just hums when turned on. Volume works but no stations come in. I’m no expert so I’m uncertain what unit will need to get it to work properly. Restore or display as is. Been on display in my collection for several years. Please review photos as they describe condition best.

This vintage advertising sign is a rare find for any Coca-Cola collector. Featuring the iconic red and white branding, this original 1940′s sign is a perfect addition to any soda-themed collection. The sign is made from sturdy materials and is in great condition, with no major flaws to note. The sign would make a great addition to any home bar or man cave. Some little damage on the side of the item as shown in the pictures.

Here’s a little piece of Coca Cola Coke history! It measures about 2 3/4″ wide x 1 5/8″ thick x 2 3/8 tall. This is the rare, extremely hard to find transistor radio made to look like their famous coolers portable or not! The wires and little alligator clip and the earpiece are in excellent condition and are still connected like new and not loose or frayed! Very minor wear is showing and there’s some “plastic melt marks” inside here and there, but none outside. (Pez collectors are familiar with those). This little gem has the look! I know these don’t come around in this fantastic condition very often, so get’em while you can. You’ll be hardpressed to find another loose one in this condition! I don’t know how these actually work, but the little black handled knob turns freely as it is intended to turn(it feels like it’s changing the stations), but how does it get the signal from the radio station? I’m not gonna put the earpiece on, even though it looks nice and clean! PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT ALL MY PICS BECAUSE THEY ARE A MAJOR, MAJOR PART OF MY DESCRIPTION! Vintage 1949 Coca Cola Cooler Radio 5A410A, Tube Radio & Bakelite Case

” 1949 Coca Cola Cooler Radio”. You are viewing this untested Coca Cola collectible radio from the late 1940′s. It is known as “Cooler Radio”. It is a tube radio with a bakelite case and wooden base. It measures 12″ long x 9.5″ tall x 8.5 deep. It is very structurally sound made from bakelite with a wooden bottom. It has the original electrical cord which is in bad shape so we could not test it to see if it works. There are starches, marks, worn spots, and chips in the red paint all over the machine, but no cracks or breaks in the case. Both knobs are there and work, the power button clicks on and off, the tuner button moves in the window to change the station. It uses 5 tubes 12SA7, 12SK7, 12SQ7, 50L6, and 35Z5 all untested and we do not know the condition of them. Back of the radio has a metal plate marked Cooler Radio E 443460, Made in USA. The bottom had part of a paper label that says Model 5A410A. Please see all photos they are are what you will be receiving and ask any questions before purchasing.
