This is a beautiful piece of Heathkit equipment. The cabinet and faceplate still have their original paint, and since these have been tucked away for so long, there is practically no discoloration. They’ve maintained that unique “Heathkit green” color. Likewise, there are no chips, flakes, dings, dents, or other flaws in the finish. From what we can tell, it’s all original and unmodified. The band switch is a little stiff, but the rest of the controls feel good. This will make a collector quality piece once it receives whatever electrical attention it may need! This unit is believed to have not been used in many years, likely decades, and with this in mind we have made no attempt to power-on this unit or test in any way.
