Hard to Find Vintage 1931 Crosley Repwood Model 47 Elf Cathedral Tube Radio Works! Pre-Owned, Shows age appropriate wear. Case has a few small dings (see photos). Was able to tune in a local radio station. Radio Measures 11 3/4″ at widest point x 9 3/4″ deep including knobs x 12 1/4 in height. Vintage 1933 RCA Victor Model 120 Cathedral Tube Radio Original Complete. Wood case in excellent condition and well cared for. Internals are clean and look to be original. Did not try an power – previous owner did say it was working. See the photos of both top and bottom of chassis. 15.5 x 13 x 9 inches. No cracks in the wood or damage in the veneer. There is one corner of the molding on the front that may have been repair (see the last photo). Looks to be the original cord with a possible repair (electrical tape around a spot). Placed securely in a box which will be surrounded by more packing material in a bigger box. See photo’s for condition. In most cases we do not know the history or have not used the item personally. The most quintessential philco style radio ever made! And this one has the dark veneer I believe it’s walnut all the original knobs and I believe the grill cloth in front of the speaker is original also. In a physical condition you would have a hard time finding one in better condition one chip on one side to veneer. The gut are all there it wants to work turns on light works and it make lots of statistic sound sure it need to be gone through completely and cleaned up. It will work again need some love. It’s the looks I think are really cool and what what people think of when they think about old radios. Measures 16″ x 12″ x 9. Has cut wires in rear… So I did not plug it in. Looks like the face screws are not original. Looks like the feet are not original. Looks like he put shellac on it, looks like not original grill cloth… The labels say 89. I have no idea if the chassis is a match? Please use zoom, does have an ac cord. Has some gouges on front. As-is, as found, large unit, about 17 inches tall. Final sale, as found. Please see all pictures and use zoom feature. Often the pictures describe the item better than words.
