Bush MB61 Radio Vintage 1950s Tube Valve Blue Portable Battery Mains MW LW SW. This gorgeous little radio set was produced by Bush, likely around 1953, as it is very similar to the BAC31 model. The only difference appears to be that the MB61 does not feature a cover to the dials, but it appears to be similar in other respects. The set uses 5 valves to produce its sound and is capable of either mains or battery power and was marketed as a portable radio set. 325 x 275 x 200 mm. The radio is a MW and LW set only. The radio is in working order and has been PAT tested. The cosmetic condition of the radio is good, although there are some blemishes to the vinyl and it would need re-staining/touching up if you wanted it to be in mint condition.
