The radio powers on with a faint hum. I was not able to tune in any stations. It may need some minor adjustment or TLC. The on/off/volume and tuning dials both seem to be working as they should be. The dark brown Bakelite cabinet looks REALLY nice and it is nice and solid – no chips, cracks, etc. There are a few minor imperfections like you might expect on a piece from this era. The set is really clean overall a great candidate for a full restoration and it would look beautiful in any collection! I do not have the proper equipment to fully test the radio/tubes.
