Vintage MCM Trutest 5 Tube Superheterodyne KT-204 Kit Radio (Working Japan). For restoration is a great looking Trutest 5 tube Superheterodyne KT-204 kit radio with Jetsons like styling, retaining it’s original 6 foot 5 inch power cord, marbleized hard plastic case resting on a swivelling base. Small radio measures 5-3/16 inches in height, 8-11/16 inches in length, and 4-9/16 inches in width not including either of the two knobs, working, and being surprisingly loud, but obviously needing some servicing as it sounds like the Daleks are invading. The case needs a full restoration and shows some damage, there being a small distorted area at the top backside where it appears like it over heated, with the faceplate showing a few cracks where the retaining screws were over tightened, and also missing it’s name plate “see photos”.
