I recently picked up a few radios from a long time radio collector. Most were in working order and very clean. I will be listing them over the next few weeks so keep watching. Be sure to look at all pictures. RCA Victor wood vintage tube radio Model 18T Working, displays nicely Multi Band. A good looking working radio. I only could really test Broadcast. My knowledge of the other bands is zero. There is some static that cleaning may take care of but the unit does pull in stations. The only downsides to this piece are the speaker (picture) which needs attention and the far right knob is not original. The cabinet has been refinished but is not of top quality as it feels rough. It is a very heavy radio. Measures about 18 X 12 X 10.5 inches and displays great. A unique addition to any collection. Pictures are a very important aspect of my write up. PHILCO Antique CONSOLE Radio Model 41-280, multi (3) band, 1940 vintage? Antique radio website says do not apply power. Until inexpensive parts like capacitors can be replaced, so not tested, all 8 tubes in place. Cabinet is in good shape for 80 years, some touch up on knicks, lightly oiled. Antique Radio Model 41-280 from label inside cabinet, multi (3) band, 1940 vintage? Bands are Broadcast, Police, Overseas. Last photo is Label are from another radio that looks the same, model 41-285. Speaker, cord and antenna look good but not tested. Also schematics marked 41-280 included. Nice vintage piece of broadcast history. 1939-40 Sears Roebuck & Co Silvertone model 6424 tube radio. As pictured for restoration. Untested and power cord is completely shot. 1 crack in the plastic lens and it has yellowed. All the knobs turn freely. Some of the wood veneer is peeling or missing as pictured. I obtained about 80 tube radios from an estate sale. I will be listing these over the next few weeks so please see my other listings. This listing is for a PHILCO model 40-150. 3 band police, S. Broad cast SLANT FACE WOOD CABINET!!! Please see all pictures. Condition: The two tone wood body has some scuff marks and scratches but still looks good as seen in pictures. No cracks in body. The front of the radio has a great classic look to it. It is 18.5″ wide, 10.5″ tall, and 12 1/2 deep. ALL ORIGINAL BAKELITE BUTTONS. All knobs rotate as they should. The cord is in good shape and is not dried out. Most of the front push buttons are missing but should be easy to replace. I believe the unit needs a new tube as no sound when plugged in. These radios are highly collectable and are getting harder to find online. It will be protected well and insured. Let me know if you have questions. Vintage Zenith R600 Multi Band Tube Radio. The unit powers up but only receives squelch sounds. All switches work, tuner knob missing but works. Antennae stem top missing, antennae is there. Handle missing as shown. Minor wear on cabinet as shown. I think two tubes may not be working, not sure. AS IS AS SHOWN.
