THIS COMES AS PICTURED AND UNTESTED. I BELIEVE IT IS A MODEL 70? LOOKS PRETTY COMPLETE TO ME AND MAYBE JUST NEEDS A LIGHT RESTORATION OF THE USUAL ITEMS. SHOULD MAKE AN EASY PROJECT AND A NICE RADIO.

ATWATER KENT MODEL 20 COMPACT RADIO. VERY NICE ORIGINAL UNRESTORED CONDITION. HAS SOME BLEMISHES AND WEAR, BUT MIGHT IMPROVE WITH SOME TOUCHUP WORK. NOT TESTED IN ANY WAY, NOT GUARANTEED TO WORK. Vintage Atwater Kent Model 35 Receiving Set. Pleased to offer an original Atwater Kent Model 35 radio receiver, made in Philadelphia, PA serial no. This set features its classic heavy metal case with embossed “Atwater Kent Radio” brass plate, dual bakelite knobs, and original cloth wiring. Included are two additional tubes (pictured). Model: Atwater Kent 35. Condition: Used vintage piece, shows cosmetic wear consistent with age (scratches, paint wear, surface rust, see photos). Wiring and tubes are untested. This vintage Atwater Kent tube radio, model 20, is a rare find for collectors of antique radios. Atwater Kent Radio Model 45. Nice condition and seems to have all parts. Knobs in great condition. It does have some marks or scratches but overall very nice. I did plug it in and nothing seemed to light up so I unplugged it. I don’t try and fix items. Please ask if you need any specific photos or you have any questions. Vintage 1920′s era Atwater Kent Model 37 radio that is in working condition. The crinkle paint finish is in very good condition, with minor paint loss along the edges of the bottom and right side. Both knobs turn smoothly and properly. The original cloth power cord is in fair condition, with some frayed sections. I would suggest replacing the cord if the unit is to be used. Interior is very clean with no evidence of rust. Also included is an old business card that was inside the radio from M. Wade – Radio Sales – Service. The shop was located at 88 Appleton St, Boston, Mass. On the reverse of the card, it has the following statement: We the undersigned guarantee this radio to be in A-1 order. If any part or parts that we have replaced or repaired should show any fault we will replace same free of charge. Great early piece that is a must have for your collection. Tubes will also be removed, boxed and placed inside the radio. Do not hesitate to make an offer, all will be considered.
