Scarce early-1920s Westinghouse Aeriola Sr. Regenerative receiver, manufactured for Radio Corporation of America (RCA). This was one of the first commercially available home broadcast radios, designed to use a single WD-11 triode tube (tube NOT included). Original Westinghouse / RCA nameplates and dials. Laminated wood cabinet with leatherette covering & brass latch. Front panel controls: Filament Rheostat, Detector, Tuner, Regeneration lever. Interior lid retains original operating instructions & schematic graphics. Compact suitcase-style design – perfect for display in a vintage tech or radio collection. Cosmetically Fair: cabinet shows edge wear, scuffs, and small veneer losses typical of 100-year-old gear. Paper label is stained, torn in a few areas but still legible. All knobs turn, dial glass intact, interior is dusty but complete. Dimensions & Weight approx. 8″ W x 6.5″ D x 7 H (20.3 x 16.5 x 17.8 cm). 6 lb (2.7 kg) unpacked. Westinghouse Aeriola Sr. Receiver in original wooden case – no tube, no batteries. This example, while needing a tube and cosmetic TLC, is still a desirable piece for early radio historians and steampunk décor enthusiasts.
