This radio was electronically restored to working condition All tubes were checked, and all bad caps and resistors were replaced as needed. Each radio has original wood as found condition and is cleaned up. We only deal with nice, presentable examples, my goal is to keep this hobby alive forever. These radios are from the golden era of the 1930s. With the famous art deco design. This radio sounds amazing. Nothing else compares to it. VINTAGE ZENITH model 9S262 CHASIS , KNOBS , BEZZEL without the glass , fit in your WALTONS cabinet , or other cabinet. THIS CHASIS WILL NEED THE TWO BELTS and most likely some CAPACITORS , AND A NEW POWER CORD. WITH SOME POWER APPLIED , ABOUT 85 VOLTS AC , THERE IS OVER 200 VOLTS DC AT THE SPEAKER JACK AND THE TUBES ALL LIGHT UP. WITH A SPEAKER CONNECTED IT WILL HUM SO IT IS BEST TO KEEP THE LINE VOLTAGE LOWER TILL THE CAPS ARE CHANGED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FRONT GLASS IS MISSING , THE VOLUME CONTROL WAS CHANGED WITH ONE THAT IS NOT SOLID , AND THE VOLUME DIAL WAS BROKEN AND REPAIRED. ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHUTTER DIAL POSITIONS ALL WORK WELL AND LOOK GOOD , THE TUNING WORKS WELL WHEN TURNED BY THE POINTER , THE MOTOR WORKS BOTH DIRECTIONS WHEN TURNING THE FRONT KNOB. THERE IS A REMOTE INPUT PANEL THAT WAS ADDED BUT CAN EASILY BE CUT OUT IF YOU LIKE.
