It turns on and emits a hum but is unable to tune-in to a station. The volume control does not seem to work. The surfaces have light scuffs and scratches. The plastic at the bottom front has spots that were melted. There’s a nick in the plastic ring below the’60′. No other issues are noticed. Only item pictured is included. There will be no exceptions.
