Initially loud and clear reception when turned on, BUT becomes less clear the longer it is on. Has been “Recapped” by a previous owner. See photos of the underside to see what has been done. 2 Small cracks in the Ivory case. Measures 12 x 8 x 7.5 inches. Please see photos for condition. Vintage Antique 1940s Philco Transitone Boomerang Radio 49-501 (BROKEN COVER). This item is a rare find as you can see the covers are broken and I just taped it together but still missing some pieces to properly be covered.
There is a crack in the left wall but unless the lights just right you probably wouldn’t notice it. It is a very nice radio for being over 75 years old. It is 13inch long x 8 inch tall x 7inch deep. Thanks for looking and check out my other auctions.
