Item Specifics. Brand: Emerson Radio & Phonograph Corp. Year: circa 1939. Color: Green. Material: Plaskon / Bakelite. Condition: Used – Functional (See description) Item Description A Stunning Survivor from 1939! This unit features a gorgeous, sought-after green finish that screams Art Deco and Early Mid-Century Modern style. Condition Details. Exterior: The cabinet is in remarkable shape for its age. There are NO cracks and NO burn marks on the housing. The original knobs and handle are intact. Functionality: The radio powers on! The dial lights up and the volume control is functional. It is currently picking up static/faint signals, but like all electronics of this era, it could likely use new capacitors to bring it back to full, clear performance. Note: The back cover is missing, revealing the original internal components and the loop antenna (stamped 8CW-334-2). Measures approximately 16″ wide x 8.5″ deep x 10.5 tall. Cabinet shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with age. Interior components appear complete; speaker cone is intact. Vintage 1930s Emerson / Ingraham Case Wood Table Top Radio Model BF 204. Case is in nice condition with some wear to finish and some scratches here & there. But still presentable (see pictures). Plastic dial cover still intact – has some light scratches and a drip mark. Bottom has Imgraham label. Has antenna attached & original cord. When I turned it on I got some cracklimg sounds when turning knobs and the 2 tubes on right were lit (see picture). Don’t know what it takes to make it work correctly.

Measures about 12 inches wide, 8.5 inches tall and 9 inches deep. Which has been linked to Warwick Manufacturing, a Chicago-based company. Usually AC line-powered with a permanent magnet or electro-dynamic moving coil. They are considered rare. However, “Junior” was not a single, universal brand name used only by one company. Multiple, unrelated manufacturers during that time used “Junior” in their product names or model lines, such as Philco and Jessie French.

RARE 1930′S EMERSON MICKEY MOUSE RADIO…… WALT DISNEY SERIAL #351984 MADE IN NEW YORK USA. The Vintage Emerson Mickey Mouse Radio from the 1930′s is a rare and highly sought-after collectible item. This unique piece combines the nostalgia of Mickey Mouse with the vintage charm of a classic radio from the early 20th century. In as shown good vintage condition, has original cord and antenna. The RCA Victor Radiolette R-5 is an uncommon early-1930s tube radio produced during the formative years of home radio broadcasting, when compact “Radiolette” sets were marketed as affordable alternatives to full-size consoles. Manufactured by RCA Victor, one of the most influential names in American radio history, the R-5 represents an early transitional design bridging simple table radios and the more ornate cathedral models that followed shortly after. This example features a solid wood cabinet with distinctive vertical grille detailing, an arched dial window, and original analog tuning scale. The rear shows period-correct construction and wiring, with original tube layout present. Radios from this era were built to house vacuum tubes and operate on household current, though due to age, internal components typically require restoration before safe operation.
