Thank you and enjoy browsing my store! Here is a vintage/antique Westinghouse Aeriloa Sr. This is in great cosmetic condition. It would not take much to restore this piece. It needs a tube and I have no idea if it still works. The wood cabinet is great. The dials and knobs are great with some wear, but not too bad at all. Please see pics for more details. Here is the Antique Stewart Warner Radio Speaker with the Dancing Ladies. I had though about repurposing this one and putting 2 or 3 small colored lights inside for a neat background, but never got around to doing it. I like the worn speaker cloth look on the front with that idea. And actually one could do it without any alteration to the speaker itself which would be best. If you prefer though you could easily put it back with the thin speaker cloth and use it as a speaker. It is missing its cord, which is not big deal to replace. It is untested, but I would be surprised if it would not work. These speakers are quite heavy. Cosmetically in good condition. The receiver looks good, the wood veneer and finish and the tubes appear fine, but the unit is tested. Dial knobs turn freely and are in good shape (see photos). I used a 9 Volt battery on this and did not get a sound. Some of the paint is coming off of the Base and some nicks but the Horn is in good shape no chips or cracks it is nice. T hat’s all I know about it and what you see is what you are getting. This is a nice piece of History and would make a wonderful addition to your Old Antique Radio Collection. Offered here is a rare and very desirable 1920′s Federal DX-TYPE 58. This radio belonged to Harry Buck Sr. Of Philadelphia (the inventor of Fells Naptha Soap). It had been stored in a closet with other early radios from his collection since the 1950′s. I have not tried it but it seams to be just as it was last used with the exception of some pealing paint on the outer Copper surface as can be seen in the photo’s. The bakelite face is extremely nice as are all the knobs. Please ask any questions before the end of the sale.
