Westinghouse Vintage Radiola RS Regenerative Receiver with an Audio Output Stage

The vintage, 1923 era, Westinghouse Radiola RS Receiver is a two tube, regenerative receiver with a single audio amplification stage. This unit has a wood panel and was probably around during the earliest days of radio. Physically, the unit appears to be in very good condition, considering its age — circa 1923. Case has some marks, and two small rubber feet are missing. Please study pictures carefully. Tube 2 appears to be original, while tube 1 appears to have been replaced with a more modern replacement. Does it include the requisite batteries. A Google search provides considerable information about the Radiola RS. – including information on reasonably priced replacement tubes. Thank you for supporting the. In summary, this Radiola RS is an excellent target for an early radio restoration project, and it will make a great addition to the anyones historic radio collection! The museum is chartered by the State of New York Education Department and is designated a 501c(3) not for profit organization by the IRS. Part of the Museum’s accessioned collection, but are duplicates to items already in the collection, items that have been de-accessioned by the Accession Committee, or items outside the scope of the Museum’s mission statement. Amplifier for Westinghouse Aeriola Sr. The amplifier is Type AC and Style 327032. It has 2 tubes and has the instruction sheet in the lid on how to connect it to the Aeriola Jr. There are no cracks in the wood case and the hinges and latch are in nice condition and secure. It needs to be cleaned I picked this up at an estate sale and it was really dirty from sitting on a shelf in a garage.
