Vintage 1940′S Westinghouse H-126 Little Jewel “Refrigerator” Tube Radio TURNS ON, RECEIVES MULTIPLE STATIONS – SOME CLEAR AND SOME WITH STATIC. I just acquired a huge collection of vintage radios, tuners, speakers, tubes, parts, shells/cases, microphones, computers, laptops, DVD/CD/Cassette players, VCRs, boomboxes, adapters, cables etc. I will try to make new listings for these items on a daily basis. Vintage 1940′s Westinghouse H-126 Little Jewel Refrigerator Tube Radio. RECEIVES MULTIPLE STATIONS – SOME CLEAR AND SOME WITH STATIC. 6″W X 9-1/2″H X 6D. Pluged in TURNS ON, RECEIVES MULTIPLE STATIONS SOME CLEAR AND SOME WITH STATIC. So I’m listing it as FOR PARTS OR RESTORATION. Bakelite/brass shell is in Great, for the age, shape with possible light surface scratches, spots, nicks, age ware etc. NO cracks, brakes, chips or any other significant damage were detected. It displays very well. Seems like both knobs are present and turn freelly. Electrical cord is in good shape. M not an expert in old radios, but seems like everything, that present, is original and it seems to be completed. Please check the pictures and the VIDEO and read the description for details and condition. Will be EXPERTLY PACKAGED, double boxed and Insured to arrive in same condition as It was when It left. Westinghouse Model H-126 “Little Jewel” Refrigerator Tube Radio. Referred to as a refrigerator radio because of its styling, and according to one source, in 1945 Westinghouse gave you one for free if you bought a Westinghouse refrigerator. Has been tested and it works. Tunes into channels here in Seattle wa. The light turns on too. Paint on the bakelite is chipped but there are no cracks in the actual plastic! Made in the USA.
