Silvertone Model #1805 Tombstone Radio Original As Found 1935. It is clearly marked with a model & the serial number on the back as well what seems to be a shopkeeper’s name in Ohio on the back. 1949 Silvertone 9005 model cool looking atomic style radio. The case radio with no damage or chip with minor scratches and scuffs. Dial cover has minor hairline as you can see in the picture. Original tuning and volume control dial. Dual speaker plays loud and clear. No damage to the case, minor scratches and scuffs, minor line marks on the front grill and slightly discolored. There’s an original sticker on the right side of the case underneath is the original uncontaminated factory color. Clock work good and the on-off switch still works, clock accuracy is not guaranteed. Phono input to play with bluetooth dongle or directly from your smartphone or other music player with a mono RCA type of cable to male 3.5mm cable (not included). This radio is in working condition. All knobs work perfectly, and the light bulb still works. There was only one screw holding the back so I replaced the screws with new ones. Silvertone Model 70 Wire Recorder Works w/ Mic Four Rolls Wire Music. Unit powers on plays the recorded wire. There is wow & flutter the speed is off but I can hear the recordings. At least two of the recordings are of a party sounds like a record hop. One is either an employer or police questioning a woman about another employee stealing. One reel has a cracked hub. We tested the mic thru our mixer it was clear but at x it cut out that may have been the mixer input or the mic. We did not record onto the wire or connect any device to the unit. It is missing two feet. Two or three of the wires are missing their plastic leaders if they are found we will include them. This is an all original one owner unit. It requires maintenance possibly new or replacement parts. Grill cover is badlky worn. We have not removed the covers nothing internally has been inspected. Silvertone Election vintage Bakelite tube radio

This Silvertone Election tube radio is in working condition with decent sound quality. The electronics are unrestored and old, so please keep that in mind. The electrolytics have been replaced but that was a long time ago. The power cord is a modern replacement. The black bakelite case has no cracks, chips, or damage. The grill cloth on the front of the radio is original and it shows it’s age. The rear grill cloth is missing. Silvertone 6230 tube radio with tuning eye. His desirable Silvertone does power on and it receives stations. The sound quality is decent but it could definitely benefit from being electronically serviced as the electronics are old and there is a background hum. The electronics do appear to be original. The tuning eye does work, opening and closing as stations are being tuned in but it is very dim. The original finish does show some wear and blemishes, mostly on the top surface of the radio. This wear to the finish is just honest patina and it is not too disappointing. The cabinet is structurally sound with no damage. This really is a beautifully styled radio that is similar to the Ingraham designed models from Emerson. This Silvertone may be far from being in collector quality condition, but it is a working survivor that does display well. If you have any questions or need additional pictures, please ask. Silvertone 9001 Vintage Radio White Sears Roebuck & Co 1949 Working Perfectly. Was completely refurbished as follows. The Chassis has been cleaned. The tuner has been cleaned. All electrolytic and paper capacitors have been replaced. Any resistor or capacitor detected as out of spec has been replaced. The radio has been compared to the schematic and modifications were done if necessary. Adjustments have been made to optimize the sound. The power cord was replaced. Vacuum tubes replaced as needed. The speaker cone was re-glued in several places. Modern plastics (no Bakelite or Catalin). This is a smaller radio. 8.625 x 6 x 5.75 inch. Please note that the color in pictures might differ slightly due to lighting, flash and screen resolution. I sell all kinds of things, some for their usefulness, some for just plain being cool! . I check over my items thoroughly and TRY and list any imperfections. But, it might happen that I miss something; so please view all of the pictures provided along with the written description just in case.
