RARE Vintage Vierman Radio Tonfunk model Westar WT-226? Radio Tested – Works. Preowned – great Vintage Condition. There is a red substance on top of casing, possibly wax? And Little bit of white paint on side of casing(see pics) which could be removed. This has been tested & powers on. All knobs move freely. I can get a radio station but when you turn the Channel knob, the needle does not move(was told it can easily be fixed, but I do not want to damage in any way). No tears, or rips. White FM button is missing(see pics). Appx 21 3/4″L x 13 3/4″H x 8 3/4W.

Very cool old radio. Transmit is crystal controlled and receive tuning is variable, so you can spot your frequency in or talk split channel, and listen in between the channels. It is missing some tubes, however it does have all of the transmit crystals. Doesn’t have a power cable or mic. Unable to test anything.

This Beautiful and very rare in this condition radio is in great working order. The previous owner was a lifelong collector and restorer of old radios and watches, This solid mahogany wood cabinet is a beauty. Lovely grain and figuring and works great. Lights up and sound is crisp. The dials are also moving freely. The curtain burner, as there known resistive power cord has some fraying at the entrance of the box. That’s on you to know or look up. Case measures just 8 1/4 X 5 1/4 X 5 inches.

Rare Vintage Detrola model 106, just in from radio collectors estate. Has a great Art Deco look, and a beautiful dial area. Few chips on wood, see pictures, also two drilled holes on rear left and there is a split on right of the holes. I took back off to show insides, looks very complete to me, see pictures. Not sure why he drilled two holes, they seem to go to nowhere. I do not see a model number on unit. But did a web search and sure seems to be a model 106. Feel free to double check me. I also asked a radio group and they said 106. Overall very nice, as you can see. Again needs tune up, has good cord, the cord plug says “The Handy Plug” on it. Good back, and overall a great Art Deco look. Final sale, as found. Please see all pictures and use zoom feature. Often the pictures describe the item better than words. I try my very best and list a lot of pictures, but are not posted as a “try it and see if it fits and send back ” type item. Please know if this is the item that works for you before you order.
