Beautiful General Electric Model H-610 Radio. This Pre-War Radio Is in Superb Condition -Near Mint!! With the Spectacular Bakelite Marbling Throughout the Cabinet AND. Including the Marbleized Bakelite Back Cover –RARE. Radio Looks and Sounds Terrific. Light is Bright on the Dial. Dial Glass is slightly bent on bottom, but can’t really. Tell, but thought I’d mention it. Fill the Room with Music with this Beautiful Sound. This is an Eye Turner and Conversation Piece. What a Great Way to get your Morning News as Well! Little Radio with a Big sound. Measures 10 1/2″ W x 7 1/2″ D x 7 T. Out of all the Radios I have been listing of the 300+. This is the one I had plugged in all the time listening to it. Sad to say goodbye, but I have many more. I will be listing over 300 Vintage and Antique Radios from a Collection. Radios from the 20′s 30′s 40′s 50′s 60′s 70′s some 80′s. I would say most are from 50′s 60′s. Conditions include Parts or Repair, Fair, Good, Excellent, and even Superb to Mint Condition. Some are Rare to Extremely Rare. It will take some time to list them all as I try to. Test each one of them to give a more accurate description.

Electro Magnetic Dynamic LS (moving-coil with field excitation coil). 2 W (unknown quality). Plastics (no bakelite or catalin). Model: 529 or 529A [12A8] – Crosley Radio Corp. Tablemodel with Push Buttons. Crosley used this model number twice for quite different built models. This new version shares the same Rider’s schematic in volume 11 (the old version in 7) for Crosley model 519 and 529. Available in Ivory, Red, Blue or Tan at slight additional cost. Please look up common information here for this season. There are two models 529 – an old one from around 1936 and this new one from around 1939 shown in Rider’s volume 11. Rare, hard to find Fairbanks-Morse, what I believe to be the Model 8AT8 tabletop tube radio that is in good working condition. I did not test the Police band, as it is hard to find anything on that frequency. Electronically, the radio maintains it’s full 8 tube compliment and is very clean. All of the knobs turn smoothly and properly and the dial indicator works as well. There is a new dial belt which moves the dial indicator. The power cord is brand new. Grill cloth is in excellent condition, with no rips or holes. The finish on the radio is all original, but unfortunately the veneer is bubbling, lifting and cracking in a number of spots, as well a few tiny veneer chips along the back edge on the left side. There also appears to be a small patch along the upper right rear side of the radio that is well done. Someone who is better at woodworking than me will be able to address the veneer issues. Despite the veneer flaws, the radio is very attractive and very sought after. The radio looks great powered up and is a must have for the discerning collector. Part of the L & T are missing from the logo. 3 scratches on the clock face. Not the original knobs, but I think the marbled ones are much nicer. Both the radio & clock work.
