1946 Philco Model 46-421 Radio Vintage Tube AM Radio

Edges show some signs of wear. Some marks on hardware and scrapes on sides (see pics). Needs to be restored and does not work at the moment. I have not tried to power on since the plug seems a bit beat up. A lot of great vintage parts on this one. Transformers, tubes and great wood decor. Needs some TLC and this would be a great piece for a collection or Guitar amplifier conversion.

Vtg Philco Model 49-506 The Flying Wedge AM Radio Working Looks Great

Vintage Philco Model 49-506 “The Flying Wedge” radio that is in great working condition. The body of the radio has been cleaned up, allowing the dark walnut grain to really present well. Both knobs turn smoothly and properly and the dial indicator functions properly as well. Power cord is in excellent condition and the original cardboard back is present. Philco Bakelite 1940s Am/sw Vintage Tube Radio-working Condition

I plugged it in and it seems to work fine. It was picking up radio stations in my garage. The interior light works. All the knobs work and don’t seem to be too tight or too loose. Not sure of the exact year or model. I looked everywhere but I could not find anything. Some wear to the exterior, but nothing more than what you would expect over 75 years.
