This rare and hard to find piece of vintage testing equipment was used to get measurements by all the manufacturers to write their tube manuals. It appears to be fully intact and in very good condition. Our technician examined it carefully, both inside and out, and found do apparent defects or damage but, without the right tubes, could not test it. Therefore we must offer it in AS IS condition.
