Vintage 1937 Detrola Network Dial Scale Tube Radio Model 149 Working Condition

All of the radio filter capacitors have been replaced along with all other standard caps. The line cord has been replaced with new and a safety fuse holder/fuse has also been added beneath the chassis. All wiring has been checked and replaced where needed. All tubes have been tested and replaced as needed. The grill cloth is new, reproduction era cloth. The knobs are original to the radio and in excellent condition. The speaker is very clean and in excellent condition as well. The case has been lightly sanded, touch up stained and refinished with multiple layers of a gloss poly coat. There are scratches on the top of the radio veneer from use over the years, but the radio still presents very well (see photos). I have been using a 20ft wire antenna (included) here in metro Detroit with great results. The radio measures 18″W x 7″D x 11H. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
