It was part of an ENORMOUS radio collection. The radio does power on when plugged in and turned on and it plays nicely! I was able to tune in several stations here in central Indiana. It was not hooked up to an external antenna. The wood cabinet is nice and solid and the finish looks nice. There are some minor imperfections like you might expect on a piece from this era. The tuning dial works well and the on/off/volume switch functions as it should. I believe that this is 100% original. As you can see from the pictures, the chassis looks clean but the radio has been in storage for many years so I’m sure that it could use a good/thorough cleaning. I do not have the proper equipment to test this piece any further. Please be sure to preview all of the pictures so that you can determine the condition for yourself.
