The product is a rare vintage Crosley 10-140 tube radio, ideal for collectors or enthusiasts looking for a unique piece for their audio setup. Radio has been tested. Powers on and produces sound/static from the speaker, but I was not able to tune in radio stations. Power cord and original components are present, but full functionality has not been guaranteed. This is a beautiful mid-century piece with classic retro styling and original vintage character. RCA Victor Model 56X3. This classic American radio features a handsome curved wood cabinet, horizontal wooden speaker louvers, three front controls, and a distinctive burgundy, gold and cream horizontal tuning dial. Although this radio is NOT WORKING, it retains tremendous visual character and makes an excellent display piece for a vintage interior, office, library, study, movie/photography prop, radio collection, or restoration project. Reference information for this model identifies it as a six-tube receiver. This radio has been tested and DOES NOT WORK. No attempt has been made to diagnose, repair or restore the radio. The exact cause of the non-working condition is unknown. Tion, replacement parts, accessories or other items are included unless specifically shown in the photographs. This is an approximately 80-year-old vintage radio and shows age and use consistent with an unrestored antique electronic item. The wooden cabinet remains highly attractive and displays beautifully from the front. It retains its distinctive curved profile, horizontal wooden grille/louvers, tuning dial and three front control knobs. The cabinet shows various scratches, scuffs, finish wear, edge wear, small marks and areas of discoloration. There is more noticeable finish wear around the left front control knob and along portions of the lower front panel. Additional scratches and edge wear are visible on the sides and corners. The tuning dial remains highly presentable and retains its attractive burgundy, gold and cream coloration. The rear is open and the original rear/back cover is not present. The internal chassis, tubes, speaker and other components shown in the photographs are present; however, no representation is made that every internal component is original, complete, functional or suitable for reuse. The original RCA Victor identification/tube-location label remains attached to the underside and is remarkably legible considering its age. Please examine all photographs carefully. This loose-leaf reference manual contains factory-issued service bulletins, wiring diagrams, schematics, voltage charts, alignment procedures, and parts information for a variety of early tube radios. Manufacturers represented include Philco, Emerson, Arvin, and likely others. Features numerous detailed fold-out schematics and technical service information used by authorized radio repair shops during the Golden Age of radio. The binder is personalized to the original owner, L. Tompkins, adding to its historical appeal as a genuine working technician’s reference rather than a later reprint. Approximately 11.5″ x 9.5″. Vintage Philips B5X94A/64 Tube Radio – For Parts or Repair, Power On Tested. Features Philips’ dual-amplifier “Bi-Ampli” design with push-button band selection and a magic eye tuning indicator. Unit powers on but has only been power tested – no claims made on reception, sound quality, or full functionality. A great candidate for restoration by collectors familiar with vintage European tube radios.

The radio is a rare Erla radio from 1939 21.5″ long 9 7/8″ deep an 11.5 high. Loud humming when plugging in. I’ll find a price in between on this one. Has a Jensen speaker. The dip in the trim is supposed to be there because of the knob is low. Radio looks to have all its tubes. You’ll have to sign for the radio when it arrives and it will be fully insured.
