The bottom has a spot in the wood that has damage. Tickler controls level of Reg. Top L, a control for Rheostat that controls voltage and current for the tube. I found this information on Google. The radio takes a WD11 tube and is missing.

Scarce early-1920s Westinghouse Aeriola Sr. Regenerative receiver, manufactured for Radio Corporation of America (RCA). This was one of the first commercially available home broadcast radios, designed to use a single WD-11 triode tube (tube NOT included). Original Westinghouse / RCA nameplates and dials. Laminated wood cabinet with leatherette covering & brass latch. Front panel controls: Filament Rheostat, Detector, Tuner, Regeneration lever. Interior lid retains original operating instructions & schematic graphics. Compact suitcase-style design – perfect for display in a vintage tech or radio collection. Cosmetically Fair: cabinet shows edge wear, scuffs, and small veneer losses typical of 100-year-old gear. Paper label is stained, torn in a few areas but still legible. Made in Chelsea Massachusetts by Edwin Armstrong. Most of these radio of the Chelsea were a 1 tube radio, this one has 2 tubes that are missing. This receiver was used between 1915 and WWII notable for the ability to amplify weak radio signals. Probably a WD11 tubes but not sure. Missing the knobs and tubes. Information found on Google. Couldn’t find any information on this 2 tube model. Radio measures 7.25″ wide X 7″ High by 6 deep.

Pretty nice looking radio for 100 years old. Both audio transformers are bad.

Introduced to radio dealers in February 1924, the Crosley 52 was one step above the very popular Crosley 51 as it offered 3 tubes instead of 2 and thus an extra stage of amplification. The Crosley 51 and 52 models were two of the most popular radios Crosley ever produced. One of the nice things about this set is the tube versatility it offers. You can use an 01A, 12 or 99 as a detector. You can also use any of those same tubes or a 71A in either of the amplifier sockets. This is information I got on Google on this radio, please research the tubes for this radio when operating the radio. The radio is missing the tubes but most of the 01 tubes are common to get. The radio is a nice compact radio instead of the larger receivers. The radio is 13 3/4″ long and 6 1/4″ tall. See above for condition. Personal infor is 926-928.

I wiped off the cabinet and inside best I could without touching internal parts as to not ruin anything. The inside was dirty and maybe had mold. Any questions please ask.
