Crown badge, this mid-century beauty has been tested and confirmed fully operational – power, sound, and dial light all work just as they should. The flip-up illuminated dial still glows warmly, ready to tune into a little nostalgia. Hand-marked on the interior “Waverly #757 – Zenith Z909″, likely by its original owner or service tech, this piece carries the kind of quiet character that makes vintage gear feel personal. Minor wear and scuffs throughout add to its authenticity – the kind that says it lived a good life by the fireside. Model: Z909 “Waverly” Series. Date of Manufacture: Circa early 1950s. Made in: Chicago, Illinois, USA???? 16″ W × 14″ H × 5 D. Materials: Leatherette-covered wood cabinet, brass-tone accents, bakelite handle. Condition: Working; light surface wear and age-related marks consistent with vintage use. Clean interior, intact dials, working illumination. Markings: Handwritten “Waverly #757 / Zenith Z909″ inside lid. Power: AC electric, tested functional. Zenith marketed their radios as “The Royalty of Radio” – and they weren’t kidding. This model’s Art Deco lines and suitcase styling made it as stylish as it was practical for postwar homes and travelers.

Vintage Philco Tube Radio Leatherette Faux Leather Case 47-205 Non Working. Philco tube style box radio. Brown leatherette faux leather case. About 13.5″ x 7.5″ x 6.5 in size. Parts only or great to just display. Untested as there is no actual cord on the radio. Dusty & dirty from storage and we have left as is so not to possibly damage anything.
