Kennedy Type 281 Shortwave Tube Radio Receiver! The previous owner said that this receiver worked great! I have not tested the tube either. This is a VERY NICE example of this vintage receiver as you can see from the many pictures. Please be sure to preview all of the pictures so that you can determine the condition for yourself. The Bakelite panel looks awesome no chips, scratches, etc. The surface is still super reflective and the white engraving is still prominent everywhere, with very little wear. All of the dials, switches and knobs appear to be in excellent working condition. The interior/chassis looks great and I believe that it is 100% original. The cabinet is nice and solid and the original finish looks great consistent with age and authenticity with very few scratches, etc. The lid sits flat on the cabinet and the brass nameplate looks nice.
