It was part of an ENORMOUS radio collection. The radio does power on when plugged in and turned on and it plays nicely! I was able to tune in several stations here in central Indiana it was not hooked up to an external antenna. I love the mid-century look and feel of this radio! The molded plastic cabinet is nice and solid. I did not see any cracks, chips, etc. There are some minor imperfections like you might expect on a piece from this era. The tuning dial works well and the on/off/volume switch functions as it should. I believe that this is 100% original. As you can see from the pictures, the chassis looks clean but the radio has been in storage for many years so I’m sure that it could use a good/thorough cleaning. I do not have the proper equipment to test this piece any further. Please be sure to preview all of the pictures so that you can determine the condition for yourself.
