The Vintage Tube Radio Guild Model 484 “The Spice Chest” is a collectible radio from the 1930s, manufactured in the United States by Guild. It has always been in my family, I’ve personally have had it for the past 40 years and it has been kept in a closet. I’ll be moving soon so I need to sell some items! This unique and stylish radio is known for its intricate design and functionality, making it a sought-after piece for collectors of vintage radios. The fact that it still works great and is in excellent vintage condition with beautiful patina adds to its appeal, making it a valuable addition to any collection of antique radios. A true treasure from yester-year! Excellent vintage condition means it has nothing broken or faulty, it will show some signs of age. Vintage Grunow table radio. Very Art Deco shape with chrome grill. 12″l x 6″w x 7.25h. Left knob is on/off volume. Right knob is tuning. Dated 1934 on bottom (I don’t know if that’s correct or not). Also says it was rebuilt in 2007. I don’t know if that includes cabinet refinishing? Cabinet is in great shape nonetheless. Fabric in grill is also in fantastic shape, so that may also be a replacement. I don’t know. It has a long electric cord and also an antenna cord (I think that’s what it is).

This is a beautiful, pre-war 1940 Zenith Model 6-S-439 tabletop vacuum tube radio. Built in Chicago in 1939 for Zenith’s iconic 1940 lineup, this unit features the legendary Chassis 5678 Serial No. Tested & Working: The radio powers on smoothly and tunes into stations well. Audio Quality: Produces a very nice, warm, and clear vintage tube sound. Controls: Tuning dial, presets, and adjustment knobs rotate smoothly and operate as intended. Wood Cabinet: In nearly flawless cosmetic condition! The Art Deco horizontal louvers and wrap-around wood finish are stunning, showing incredible luster and minimal wear for an 85+ year-old piece. Grille Cloth & Dial: The original grille cloth is intact, taut, and clean. The dial face and glass are beautifully preserved. Flaws to Note: The rear wood particle backplate has a crack in it. This does not impact the stability of the cabinet, the audio performance, or the front-facing display value of the radio. (Please see pictures for close-up details). 15.75″ W x 9″ H x 9.5 D. The Rare Confetti Bakelite Vintage 1941 Admiral Aeroscope Tube Radio is a unique and collectible piece of history. Made in the United States by Admiral, this radio showcases the intricate design and craftsmanship of the era. This Admiral works great, powers on, lights up & is able to play and receive stations. It could use a little deoxit & a professional restoration but physically is in excellent shape. Virtually no scratches or scrapes on the chassis and looks like it just came out of the showroom yesterday.
