A rare gem of Art Deco design, this compact wood cabinet features a slanted front, dual thumbwheel tuning dials, five original push buttons and classic mesh speaker grills. The radio features a gorgeous Art Deco wood cabinet with a striking “waterfall” edge and contrasting grains. The thumbwheel tuners and push-buttons are intact and functional. The wood finish is in great vintage condition with a rich luster. The original dial scales are legible but worn off in some areas. Features the original vacuum tube setup. 13″ W x 8″ H x 7 D. Please note that the radio does not have an FM band as FM broadcasting didn’t exist in 1938 other than experimentally.
