From estate, as found – Rare Empire Gridiron football radio made in Amarillo Texas in the late 1940′s, made of aluminum – power comes on and gets static and buzz, will not tune a station, needs work – brown paint is not original as you can tell it is applied poorly, have not tried to remove it, under the brown is University of Texas orange, I do not know if that is original color, cannot see any other colors, would guess it was originally U.

The cord is stiff in places and some wires are showing in places, plugged it in and got nothing, so ls is. The football front frill needs repainting. The food Ball has some blemishes in it and some of the paint looks like it has scratches but not sure, see photos. The base needs repainting also.
