1925 Splitdorf R500 “Polonaise” Radio with 5 DISPLAY Type 26 Globe Type Tubes. (To operate you would need to use Type 01A Tubes). Splitdorf was known for their high build quality and excellent preforming sets. This is an excellent original example of this radio. The cabinet finish is unique and in excellent condition. (Please see pictures for best description). It is ready for static display but should be an easy candidate for restoration and a nice addition to any radio collection. It is celebrating its 100th birthday this year.

Here is an (almost) Antique 1926 PREMIER ENSEMBLE Radio with 5 DISPLAY 01A Globe Type Tubes. It measures approximately 23-3/4″ Wide x 10.5″ Front to Back x 9 Tall. The cabinet finish is original and complete. There is a little filler for a small area on the lid. The front panel and dials are in very good condition. (See pictures and video for details and best description). I believe this to be a rare set. In 56 years of collecting it is the only one that I have seen. It would make a unique addition to any radio collection.
