Vintage Fisher Research Laboratories RF-45 direction finder receiver, serial number 839, manufactured in Palo Alto, California. This tube-based unit was used in marine and aviation navigation applications during the 1940s-1950s. The set retains its original Kelvin & Wilfrid O. White illuminated pelorus compass, intact glass meter, and all control knobs. Tubes are present and sockets appear clean. Unit has not been powered or tested due to the absence of a compatible VDC power cable. Offered in as-found estate condition with light cosmetic wear and age patina.

Fully working RCA Radiomarine AR-8712 Direction Finder Receiver from the late 1940s. This unit powers on smoothly and receives broadcast signal with stable tuning and responsive controls. The integrated loop antenna turns freely, and the front meter operates properly during reception. All knobs and markings are intact, and the cabinet retains its original gray and brass-tone finish with moderate surface wear from use. Leather handle remains attached but aged.
