Great little radio does have flaws though here a couple small cracks on the top and some scuff marks all the knobs and everything else is there great for restoration project should buff out beautifully or for parts.

The radio is in amazing condition for its age. Clock works and keeps time (alarm not tested). Radio has been restored in 1999. Please look at all the pictures as they are part of the description and condition. Antique tube radio reception can differ greatly depending on location, length of antenna, time of day and amount of interference in different areas. Many modern day appliances can also interfere with reception and cause static, distortion or buzzing. It’s reception, sound and performance should not be expected to compare to a modern radio with today’s technology. DESCRIPTION – 15/20/15/15 Js closed. Crosley Chartreuse 1950′s Vintage Dashboard D-25CE Tube clock/radio. So-called a “dashboard radio” because the features are similar to the appearance of a 50′s automobile dashboard, this radio was manufactured in 1950s. Mint green plastic case. WORKS- radio tested and works; stations tune in and there is some “static” as expected from a radio this age everything appears original. The tubes or any other components. Of their nature and age they may stop working at any time. Clock works and keeps time well; alarm works; unknown if “sleep” function works, as I do not know how to test; alarm turns on radio and the outlet on the side to turn an appliance rated at not more than 1100 Watts. This outlet will only accept nonpolarized plugs. It also has an RCA jack on the back to input a monaural phonograph and a switch on the back to select the phono input. I did not have the phonograph to test it. Still has the original manufacture label under side model # D25SCE, with 5 tube layouts. Rated at 117 volts, AC 60 cycles, 35 Watts. It has an Art Deco flair that would make a great show piece in your collection. It measures: 13 ¼ wide x 7 ½ tall x 7 deep. It weighs 8 ½ Lbs.
