This Zenith model Y723 table radio plays and is in good shape. Decent bakelite cabinet with some scuffs here and there but overall good for a 70 year old radio. There is a small chunk of bakelite missing at the bottom of the lower left grill but it’s not immediately noticeable. Tuning dial spans the entire scale with no slippage. Original power cord was replaced for safety. Also picks up plenty of our local FM stations loud and clear just using the built-in FM antenna. See a video of this radio playing at the link below. Radio weighs 7 lbs. And measures 13 in. Wide x 7 1/2 in. Deep x 12 in.

Visually, the bakelite housing shows a few scratches, on the top, as seen in pics. Housing has no apparent cracks or chips and has been polished with the Novus 3-part polish system. The grills are beautiful, intact and show no apparent damage. Badges are in Near Mint condition. Dial and clock windows show a light yellowing from age, but with no scratches or cracks. Radio works pretty well after warmed up (tube radio). Does have some static between stations. Clock does not work. Back panel also in Excellent condition as is the cord. Radio measures about 13″w x 7-1/2″ h x 8 d. Was jamming while taking pictures. Please see all pictures as they are the best description. Hard to find in this condition.
