Check out this excellent vintage 1946-47 Zenith Trans-Oceanic shortwave tube radio, model 8G005. Estate found; Great cosmetic condition considering its age! We plugged it in and we only got one or two tube to light up. Antenna is in great shape. This needs restoration by the new owner. Measures approximately 17″ long x 7 1/2″ wide x 12 1/4 tall. May need to be repaired or tuned. Still has the often missing antenna which is spring loaded and still works. GOOD VINTAGE COSMETIC CONDITION. Plastic dial cover has yellowed slightly and is loose. This radio is in great shape for its age with only a couple of exterior blemishes on the front. Manual and blank station cards and complete instructions are under the radio in the front.
