Working zenith radio was able to get a radio station, the sound quality is good. Little minor scratches here and there. The bass and treble switches are broken of. It is brown with a very sleek design. In the photo, there is a white button for the bass, but that has since fell out and is missing. That is the only thing that will be missing from the photos.

Vintage Zenith Model 6-S-439. Tabletop pushbutton radio that is in good candidate for restoration. Radio does not power up, so it will need to be restored electronically to get it functioning. All of the knobs turn smoothly and properly but the dial indicator does not work and will need to be restrung. The power cord is a replacement in very good condition. The finish on the radio is all original and has simply been cleaned and polished with a professional wood wax. There is a minor veneer chip on the top rear left edge – see photo for details. The grill cloth is in excellent condition, with no rips or holes, but is a period replacement. The bass and treble push buttons are chipped, but still presents well. Highly desireable Zenith radio to add to your collection. Do not hesitate to make an offer, all will be considered.
