Highly desirable Zenith Model 5-S-320 table top radio that features an airplane dial, push buttons and four knobs, with a curved side grill. Finish on the radio is all original and has simply been cleaned and polished with a professional wood wax. I do not think the gold paint on the grill is original – never seen this on this model, but it does not detract from the overall appearance. The radio turns on and lights up, but all I was able to get was a steady hum. Tuning knob works properly, but push buttons do not appear to change the station. The original plug was replaced at some point. Radio looks great and will be a perfect candidate for restoration. Do not hesitate to make an offer, all will be considered. Radio has been used and was in storage for some time but is still in quite good shape overall. There is some cosmetic wear, and a couple of dark spots around the wood near the dial as can be seen, but otherwise it looks good. Tubes seem to be in great shape although since it has been in storage it is difficult to say how much life they have in them, but as of right now all that it requires is to be plugged in and it’s ready to go!
