Radio is in very nice shape for it’s age. Veneer is solid and adhered well. When we were cleaning this up to take pictures it was playing fine and tuning in stations with no hum. After we got done cleaning it up we brought it to the photo booth and all we could get was static. Not sure what happened but it is not tuning in stations now. The knobs are not original but are all metal and don’t look that out of place. Speaker cloth looks good. Tuner needle works and tuner window does not have any cracks. Great radio for restoration or display.. Please look at the 12 pictures closely and judge the condition and content of this lot for yourself as our photos are a large portion of our description. This is a vintage Philco table top radio in beautiful, original condition. The dial lights up and it plays lots of stations. Measures 14 1/2″ X 10 1/4″ X 8 and it weighs just over 12 pounds. The clear plastic dial cover is wavy and the dial marker does not move when changing stations. No breaks or repairs. Normal surface wear including some scratches. Most items i list are from local estates and usually they are in areas of collecting that I have little or no knowledge of.
