All of the connecting wires for the batteries are present and labeled. All of the knobs turn smoothly and properly, and the dial indicator moves properly as well. The grill cloth is in excellent condition with no fraying or holes. The finish on the radio is all original and has simply been cleaned and polished with a professional wood wax. There are a number of veneer chips along the top back edge, as well as the front right corner and left side. In addition, the veneer is lifting in spots on the top and there are 2 cuts in the body along the left edge. Despite these flaws, the radio presents quite well and will be a fine addition to any collection. Do not hesitate to make an offer, all will be considered.

A vintage 1941 Silvertone Commentator Bakelite beetle case radio. Great marbling with orange and green to the case, tube lights up but no sound and the dial cover is missing with slight wear.
