All electrolytic capacitors were replaced as well as resistors that were not in specs. All tubes were tested, weak tubes were replaced, including the “Magic Eye” tube used for tuning. This radio has two internal antennas that give a great FM reception. For short wave stations an external antenna, not provided, is needed.
