The radio comes on and lights up. I think the tuning dial string is broke. When you turn the knob i don’t see any indication that anything else is moving. It definitely needs a full restoration.

Massive — FREED EISEMANN TUBE RADIO FOR SALE. MODEL NR-20 with all 5 GLOBE STYLE tubes. VERY STYLISH EARLY BATTERY RADIO WITH A FRONT DOOR. THE FRONT DOOR FOLDS DOWN TO SHOW THE CONTROLS. APPROX SIZE: 32″ X 13″ X 13. CHASSIS HAS 5 UNTESTED GLOBE TUBES. FRONT BAKELITE PANEL AND KNOBS ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE KNOBS TURN THE TUNING CAPACITORS WITH LITTLE EFFORT. CABINET STRUCTURE ALSO IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. TOP LID SHOWS SOME MODERATE WEAR. BACK SIDE OF THE RADIO HAS BATTERY HOOK-UP INFORMATION AND THE BATTERY TERMINALS.
