This is a great looking FT-101E. It’s been tucked away in a closet for years, so it’s in beautiful cosmetic condition. It still has the plastic film over the faceplate. The cabinet has some scuffs and scratches, but certainly nothing significant. It’s very clean inside and shows no signs of modification or tinkering. It has some filters along the side (which I believe as optional), but I can’t read the labels without taking the entire cabinet off. Included in the sale is the original AC cable! This piece of equipment is believed to have not been used in years (possibly decades). It will almost certainly need some level of service. This may include: replacement of electrical components (such as capacitors, resistors, diodes, tubes, etc), cleaning of controls, alignment, and so forth. If you’re not qualified to do this work yourself, we’re happy to provide you with a list of qualified technicians available for hire.
