For sale is an original Crosley Metallic Green Clock Tube Radio from early 1950s. In excellent working condition. In 1950 under the Ownership of AVCO Crosley introduced a model line of “COLORADIOS” later known as the “DASHBOARDS RADIOS” that included D-25 Series, produced until the end of 1953. These radios were famous for their style similar to classic car dashboards (like shown on pictures 7 &8). It has a Metallic Green Bakelite housing with gold trimmed knobs and dials. The left dial is an alarm clock that will either ring or turn on the radio when it goes off (not tested). Great Sound from the Large Deluxe Speaker and Extra Filtering.
