This is the most beautiful radio I have ever owned in my life. I do not want to sell but must sell dues to circumstances. It does play on all bands but the tuning dial belt just broke. I do not have the time to order a new belt but they are easy to find on line and are very cheap. This radio would look good in the home or office. The dial does light up in different colors depending on which band you are on. It does have 3 bands. Medium Wave, Shortwave 1 & Shortwave 2 for 3 bands total.
